Pastoral Care and Confidential Prayer Requests

If you would like to request Pastoral Care you can do so through this online form. If you are seeking Forgiveness of Sin, Resistance of Evil, or Repentance explain your situation as clearly as you are able.   If you have a Pastoral concern and would like confidential pastoral counseling, please use the form below.  Kindly note however that we are currently between ministers at Chalmers-Wesley.
